Protect yourself and those around you from the new flu!
Here is the least you need to do about your Protection:
1st. When you cough or sneeze you must cover you mouth and your nose with a tissue .Throw the tissue right away after it’s use.
2nd. If you don’t have a tissue, sneeze at you elbow and NOT at your hands.
3rd. Do NOT touch your mouth ,your nose and your eyes.
4th. Wash your hands with soap and water or antiseptic liquid with alcohol.
5th. If you have the flu stay away from others and wear a mask.
