A person from another country

Samuel Christopher

Have you ever met a person who wasn’t from your country? Are you one of those people who really want to meet this person? I’m sure that you can learn a lot about his/her family or country.
Firstly, I want to tell about a person whose name is Sam. Sam is seventy six and he is from the West Indies. Now he lives in Birmingham, in England (which is lovely). He is married and he has got four children. He hasn’t got any sisters or brothers, because they have died. He has retired from his job, and his hobby is gardening. He likes pop music and he hasn’t got any pets. He thinks that Greek people are lovely and polite. He came to Greece in the Second World War and he knew Mussolini, but it is the first time he came to Nafpaktos. His trip was OK and he thinks that people from Nafpaktos are gentle. His plan is to learn the language.
To sum up, Sam is a very kind person, and he wants to come to Greece again, because he thinks that we are generous.

……He is married and he has got four children. He is from the West Indies and he would like to go back there. He also has eaten Greek souvlaki and he found it fascinating because putting meat inside bread was something new to him.
Mr. Sam came to Greece from London where he currently lives. The minute he came he wanted to learn Greek because of the history Greece holds.
I really enjoyed the interview and think so did he.
